We have explored the unique dynamic behavior of electric vehicles compared to internal combustion engines, emphasizing the role of torque-speed characteristics in energy consumption. By developing a kinematic approach to calculate motor efficiency and integrating it into MATLAB Simulink models, we have streamlined the simulation of drive chains. Additionally, we have made significant progress in creating algorithms for automatic gear shifting in twin drive systems for electric buses. Our comprehensive model includes a Fuzzy-based decision-making unit and a torque-limiting safeguard, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency while addressing the specific challenges of twin drives. On the other hand, if we manufacture, you will see the results sooner, but we have to take the mentioned additional costs and their tax implications need to be taken into account when we set the price, but these can be significantly reduced in the case of large ordered quantity (prototype production of 5 pieces or mass production of 10,000 ready-made pieces).
